Arlett Vittorio Cannizzaro aka, Arl, from in Turin, Italy is an italian singer and songwriter. He started getting interested on music when he was 20, that from that moment became his greatest passion. Initially he was inspired by some Italian interpreters and songwriters and then explored different genres range from britpop to international rock in all its forms. At age 22 he approached the rhythm guitar and began to write the first texts in Italian language. At age 24, Arl formed, with friends and others musician, a rockband called Atmosfera which he participated in many local events presenting their songs and covers. This music collaboration lasted for several years and has been a really interesting learning experience, but ended in 2015 due to creative differences. After a long pause caused by some problems and commitments, Arl decided to start making music again. In 2020 a new artistic path began, releasing some covers on his social media channels to make himself known and, in the meantime, to create his first solo album. The artistic career of Arl is characterized by continuous research, vocal experimentation and emotional communication through music and lyrics. His greatest musical references are Queen, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Metallica, Janis Joplin, Jeff Buckley, Ray Charles, Afterhours, Muse, Fabrizio De Andrè, Lucio Battisti, Franco Battiato.
